THE PROJECT TASK
THE BRIEF
GP Transfer already had an internally developed Laravel booking platform covering the core processes for customers, drivers and dispatchers.
The next step was to introduce a dedicated mobile app, enable bookings directly through the website and, at the same time, simplify internal workflows and reduce repetitive administrative work.
OUR APPROACH
We used the Enterprise version of ridefy as the foundation and adapted it to GP Transfer’s existing processes and requirements.
The system was implemented across customer, driver and internal workflows and connected directly to the newly developed website, creating one infrastructure for bookings, ride management and day-to-day operations.
THE FINAL RESULT
Today, more than 100 rides per day run through the new infrastructure.
With the launch of the app, GP Transfer was able to reduce operational work by up to 80%, freeing the team for other tasks.
Further features are already planned to move the platform toward increasingly autonomous operation.
